The Stockholm Pass works very simply - from ordering to activation in Stockholm.
Go City only offers one variant in Stockholm: the Stockholm All-Inclusive Pass. On the Go City website, you choose how many days and people you need a pass for. The price is displayed in Swedish kronor and you can pay with PayPal and most debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
After purchase, you will receive the pass digitally as a QR code. You can download it in the Go City app or save it as a PDF on your smartphone or print it out.
No physical voucher or on-site collection is necessary - the digital pass is ready to use immediately. Tip: The Go City app also provides helpful information such as opening times, maps and reservation information for each attraction.
Important to know: The pass is only activated the first time you visit an attraction. Downloading or synchronizing in the app does not trigger activation.
You can therefore buy the pass weeks in advance and store it in the app without the validity period already running. Unused passes are valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase and can be started at any time during this period.
Before you set off, it is advisable to make a rough plan. Some popular attractions or tours (e.g. certain boat trips) require a reservation in advance.
In the Go City app, such cases are marked with "Reservation required", including instructions on how to book. However, you can visit most attractions spontaneously without booking in advance.
As soon as everything is prepared, you can start exploring. Your pass is activated the first time you visit an included attraction. Simply show the QR code at the entrance - either on your smartphone or printed out - and you will be admitted.
From this moment on, the validity period of your pass begins. Important: The validity is calculated in consecutive calendar days, not in 24-hour periods. This means, for example, that if you have a 3-day pass and use it for the first time on Tuesday at 3 pm, Tuesday is considered day 1 and the pass expires on Thursday at 11:59 pm.
